The Taekwondo course is designed to help students grow both physically and mentally as they learn the basic techniques and etiquette of Taekwondo, a traditional Korean martial art. Through step-by-step training such as warm-ups, basic kicks, blocks, and poomsae, students will develop strength, endurance, flexibility, concentration, and confidence.
(No Belt Test)
