[Heritage Program] Summer Program

2025 Summer Korean Heritage Program

The 2025 Summer Semester Korean Heritage Program offers five Korean language classes and six Korean culture classes. Classes will be conducted in both in-person and online formats.

Registration Information

- Registration is available online only. Phone or in-person registration is not accepted.
- Website membership is required prior to registration. Each child must have a separate individual account.
- Registration opens on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM (PDT).
- Eligible students must be at least 5 years old as of the first day of class. If a student is found to be under the age limit, the registration will be automatically canceled.
- Korean language classes must be selected according to the student's proficiency level. Class changes will only be permitted if space is available.

Class Operation

- Class Size: Up to 18 students per class. Registration will close once the class is full.
- Class Cancellation: Classes with fewer than 10 students may be canceled.
- Class Schedule: From Monday, June 16 to Thursday, July 10, 2025, for a total of 15 sessions.
  Classes will be held Monday through Thursday.
- Holiday: No classes will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2025 (Juneteenth Day).

Learning Material Distribution (for Online Students Only)

- Materials will be available from Monday, June 9 to Friday, June 13, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Materials may be picked up in person or shipped by mail.
  A shipping fee of $10 per subject will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellation requests must be submitted by Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
  No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
- Refunds will be processed excluding a $2.50 PayPal service fee.
