2026 Fall Korean Heritage Program Registration
Information
1. Eligibility
The program is open to students in grades K–12 as of the first day of class,
Saturday, August 22, 2026.
Students must be able to use the restroom and move between
classrooms without guardian assistance. Please note that no childcare or
supervision will be provided outside the classroom.
Students must also be able to follow the Student Code of
Conduct.
2. Program Dates
Classes will be held from August 22 to December 12, 2026, for a total of 15
sessions.
No classes will be held on October 17 due to the TOPIK exam
and November 28 due to Thanksgiving break.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration opens on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The registration fee is $70 per class. Material fees
and shipping fees are not included.
Please note that, due to the continued increase in operating
costs, the Korean American Educational Foundation will increase tuition
beginning with the 2026 Fall Semester.
Registration must be completed online through the KECLA
website after creating an account.
Students must register using their own account ID. KECLA is
not responsible for any issues caused by registering under the wrong sibling’s
account.
Payment may be made by PayPal or credit card.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted by email no later than Friday, August 7,
2026.
No refunds will be issued after this date.

PayPal processing fees are non-refundable. Any additional
fees caused by filing a PayPal dispute directly will be the responsibility of
the registrant.
5. Class Operation
Each class will have approximately 18 students. Classes with fewer than 10
registered students may be canceled.
6. Important Notice for Korean Language Classes
Before registering, please carefully review the class description and textbook
information and select the class that best matches your child’s level.
Class change requests may be submitted until Tuesday, August
25, 2026.
Class changes are only possible if space is available in the
requested class. Any additional textbook shipping or material fees must be paid
separately.
Class changes are not allowed for simple preference changes,
except when a level adjustment is needed.
7. Online Class Materials: Pick-Up and Shipping
Materials may be picked up in person from Monday, August 17 to Friday, August
21, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Shipping is available only for students who pay the $10
shipping fee per class at the time of registration. Shipping fees cannot be
waived.
Shipping dates:
First shipment: Tuesday, August 11, 2026
Second shipment: Tuesday, August 18, 2026
