The applicant must have completed regular primary, secondary, and higher 
education, equivalent to Grades 1 to 12, and Bachelor’s in the Korean education 
system, either in Korea or overseas, by February 2025.Spring 2025

The applicant must have completed regular primary, secondary, and higher 
education, equivalent to Grades 1 to 12, Bachelor’s and master’s in the Korean
